Knowledge of medical procedures and various DME equipment. Telephone communication with Clients, Employers and
Claims Examiners on the telephone. Generated reports daily and performed special projects. Obtained certification and
non-certification reports from the Physician Advisor and mailed out to all parties. Responsible for all installation and
repairs of office equipment on-site. Ordered all office supplies and equipment for on-site unit. Scheduled meetings and
travel arrangements locally for managers.

Started out as a Customer Service Representative then Bill Review Analyst repricing medical claims for various companies
and various states per state fee guidelines via electronic data transmission. Knowledgeable of CPT codes, dx codes and
medical procedures on medical claims HFCA1500 and Hospital UB92 forms. Became Team leader and worked onsite for
Bill Review department. Then worked in a pilot program for American Airlines as a Return to work coordinator. Handled
Texas and California jurisdiction ground injuries. Assisted nurses with obtaining medical reports and status of patients
medical condition on all doctor office visits. Coordinated medical with a on-site physician adviser for peer reviews. Gave
verbal authorization for treatment to providers under nurses direction given. Telephonically coordinated DME supplies
needed for patient and medical visits appointments made. Due to 911 I transferred to Southern California and became a
Qualified Rehabilitation Representative. Telephonically obtained reports and status of patients off work for over 90 days.
Promoted to field work and obtained job descriptions in writing from injured workers off work for over 90 days. Also
obtained job analyst at several companies and attorney offices for injured workers. Office moved from Riverside County to
Orange County and I became a Referral Coordinator and then promoted to a Administrative Assistant for the field case
management department. Generated case management reports and medical reports to the insurance company, injured
worker and to the applicant attorneys. Various URAC guidelines and various company contracts adhered by.

accounts that I handled work comp for.
