Work very close with OEM customers on MRP and usage of product. Maintain inventory on all product needed by OEM, i.e.: gaming accessories.

 Place all Purchase Orders with Corporate Factory in Taiwan based on OEM needs and usage. Monitor all products coming in via ocean, air, overnight priority etc. to ensure OEM usage is delivered on time so that OEM has no lapse in production.

Handle all Accounts Payable and Receivables, which are then entered Quick Books, maintain all spreadsheet &, collection reports  to ensure customers payment terms are met and on time.

Correspond with customers via email or visiting if local. Showing all products that McSupply can provide for their gaming needs.

Maintain warehouse as in unloading all containers when product is delivered via pallet jack and putting into inventory and logging all deliveries into QuickBooks to maintain our mid-max level of product. (McSupply has an excessive range of product needs for gaming i.e over 300 items via catalog to maintain)

Set-up warehouse so that all OEM product is labeled and in OEM location bins, and/or pallets so that when OEM request delivery I prepare, invoicing, packing slip and ship via customer ship method or deliver via company truck if local.
