Professional Experience

El Prado Del Sol- Las Vegas NV – November 2014 – Present – Maintenance Tech I – Completed turns of trailer homes to include but not limited to rebuilding porches & stairs, drywall, plumbing, painting, electrical, removing flooring to prep for new carpet/vinyl,  installing new walls, and repairing/replacing other items needed.

Southwest Medical Rehabilitation Center – Las Vegas NV – June 2014-August 2014  - Maintenance Assistant to Director.  Completed work orders as requested by nurses for each wing and other departments, repaired hospital beds as needed, prepared rooms for new patients including painting, repair/replace toilets, repair sinks/showers, install TV’s and  phones, etc.  Maintained facility to state standards.  Performed maintenance on washers/dryers and kitchen appliances in cafeteria as needed.  Stocked nurses’ stations with needed items from bedding items to personal hygiene items for patients.  Unloaded delivery trucks and maintained stock room. 

Independent Contractor –Las Vegas NV - Obtained bids to repair/clean vacant homes for rental, including full/touch up paint, maintenance repairs electric / plumbing repairs as needed, trash outs, clean, light landscaping clean / repairs as required.

CF Lane – Sonterra / Tuscona Apartments  Las Vegas NV- July 2013 – March 2014 Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed. Clean and inspect all common areas /buildings. Install major appliances. Perform service requests/repairs as directed. Monitor grounds and pick up/dispose of trash and debris around the property. Complete all task as directed from supervisor and/or community manager.

Manpower-Indian Hills Apartments NV-Maintenance March 2013-July 2013 Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed. Clean and inspect all common areas and buildings. Install major appliances. Perform service request and repairs as directed. Monitor grounds and pick up dispose of trash and debris around the property.
